Age Verification Policy

This policy explains how The Rark Limited ("we", "us") helps prevent access by minors. Our social casino is intended for users aged 18 years or older in New Zealand.

1) Age-gating (18+)

  • We present an age gate at sign-up and/or first use requiring you to confirm you are 18+.
  • We may also restrict access based on device, account, or network signals that indicate underage use.
  • If you cannot confirm you are 18+, you must not use the service.

2) Age verification checks

3) If we suspect an account belongs to a minor

  • We may restrict features, suspend access, and request age verification.
  • If we cannot confirm the user is 18+, we may close the account.
  • We may remove access to social/virtual currency features associated with an underage account, as permitted by our terms and applicable law.
  • We may keep records of the action taken to help prevent repeat access and to meet legal/compliance needs.

4) Reporting underage access
